Carrot Sallad

4-5 carrots
1 garlic clove
olive oil, white wine vinegar
optional : parsley or coriander

Peel  off the carrots into thin strings, chop the garlic  and simply blend everything to tast.
Extremly simple sallad and amazingly delicious.
I will not be taking credit for this because I got inspired by a friend from school , she is from Uzbekistan.
